Applications:

1、Easy to use, don’t need other accelerator, saving stock, and reduce weighing mistake.

2、Fit for EPDM sulfur curing system, moderate vulcanizing rate, different iodine value of EPDM has different usage, generally, molding products use EG-4 2-2.5PHR S 1.5-2PHR; thicklight color and continuous curing products should increase dosage properly, or add other accelerator.

3、EG-4 vulcanizate have excellent heat resistance and low compression set.

4、Recommend for peroxide-sulfur curing system.

5、Easy to disperse in rubber, no blooming.

6、Without NA22low amount of nitrosamine, environmental friendly, no bad smell.

Usage：Added with sulfur

Dosage：2-6 PHR
